Our Stained Glass Process

We begin with each Dallas project by performing an in-home consultation, free of charge.  This allows our designers to get a better understanding of your personal style, as well as the look and feel of your home.  We’ll take the time to really get to know you, and then go over style options and price points to give you a thorough idea of the possibilities of adding a stained glass window to your home.

The options for your piece are endless.  Our windows are completely custom, which means we can create pieces to fit any size or shape that you need, and with vast glass choices and leaded design possibilities, we can meet your needs regardless of what styles you prefer.  If privacy is your concern, stained glass can keep peeking eyes out, yet still let sunlight in, and offers a beautiful look for your space.

Once you know what you want for your window, our experts will use measurements, sketches, and glass types collected by the designer to make a computerized drawing of your window for your review. This means you’ll be able to really see what your leaded glass piece will look like, and make any tweaks as needed.

After you review the drawing of your piece and confirm that it is correct, we will begin the production process.  Because every window that we build is completely custom and hand built, building the windows usually takes anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks.  You know you’ll be getting a high quality, authentic stained glass window when you choose to work with our experienced team.

Martin Faith

Martin Faith is a master craftsman, builder, and designer of stained glass windows. Martin learned the art of glassmaking while living in Scotland, where he was born and raised. He has been studying stained glass as an art form for over 30 years. When he moved to the U.S., Martin opened his own shop and started selling antique and custom stained glass windows. Martin's areas of expertise range from historic and religious stained glass to popular styles such as art nouveau, Mackintosh, floral, beveled, Greene & Green, and prairie. Over the years, his company has produced and sold over 50,000 stained glass windows to customers located in Dallas and throughout the country.
