Scottish Stained Glass has been in business for more than 20 years and has developed a process for designing and installing stained glass that works perfectly for the modern American home or office. Built upon the hundreds of years of Scottish Glass heritage our process takes the best of the traditional methods and combines it with techniques that conform to modern construction codes.
Our Stained Glass Process
Our process begins with a visit to your Dallas area home to get a feel for what your project goals and design preferences will be. In the home we draw preliminary designs on graph paper, discussing the pros and cons of each concept. Once you have a design you are happy with, we CAD it on a computer and drop in glass samples, if appropriate, showing you a computer-generated representation of what your glass will look like.
Bringing Your Vision To Life
Once you are happy with the design and glass choices, our artisans build the handcrafted glass in our Texas workshop, and bring the panels to your home, installing them over your existing glass panes, allowing you all the benefit of beautiful stained glass while saving you the many maintenance and coding headaches you might otherwise encounter. Installation is quick and easy, often taking less than 30 minutes per window.
